Marketing Officer

•Understand and analyse customer needs and trends:

o Identify marketing targets and customer segmentation
o Analyse data from web analytics, social media, search engine optimization, digital marketing platforms and
call centre reports to identify potential customers
• Marketing plan:

o Assist in build a marketing plan and budget based on the customer trends and company objectives
o Help planning the budget.
o Plans inbound and outbound marketing activities
o Help preparing a detailed implementation plan and expected achievements for every marketing initiatives

• Lead execution of marketing initiatives:

o Identify the supplier or partner for digital marketing or traditional marketing campaigns
o Build communication plan and materials
o Monitor campaigns progress
o Help with the development and maintenance of company website
o Maintain Content Management System and ensure that inventory on the website is accurate
o Prepare presentations for and represent Dar Wa Emaar in external conference and marketing forums
o Perform regular site visits, monitoring all on-going projects, perform and review market research, analysis, and
testing using a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy.
o Help managing agency/vendor relationship with their production to ascertain delivery on time.
Competitor Analysis
o Survey and study branding initiatives of competitors
o Act to beat competition
• Coordination

o Closely coordinate with customer service and sales team to ensure that all the potential leads are acquired and
addressed
o Coordinate with projects team to ensure that product information is accurate
