Property Advisor

· Consultation to potential customers

o    Assess and prioritize identified leads based on their backgrounds

o    Understand the requirements of potential customers and recommend suitable options

o    Convey and promote Dar wa Emaar’s products in a logical manner to turn customers into success partners

o    Stays up-to-date with current and emerging real estate trends for the Saudi market. Articulates Dar wa Emaar’s competitive advantage

o    Deliver a positive customer experience. Acts as an Ambassador for DWE by supporting, reassuring, and educating the customer throughout the meeting / call

o    Respect customers’ preferences for site visits, coordinate with DWE Customer Core team to ensure impressive site presentation, commit uninterrupted time with customer and ensure punctuality

o    Identify the priorities of customers and manage time and effort accordingly

o    Maintains excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate relevant information and directions in an organized manner

o    Maintain sales activity data related to visits, interactions, source marketing channel, etc.

· Sales closure

o    Review sales strategy constantly to ensure target achievement

o    Follow-up with customers to understand their interest level and possible apprehensions

o    Inlight the customer of the financing options

o    Demonstrate a sense of urgency for interested customers and provide them the required comfort to make the decision

o    Negotiate price for exceptional scenarios along with senior management to close the deal

o    Prioritize work as per the monthly sales plan and agreed targets

· Support customer with transaction

o    Coordinate with relative team for supporting documentation required for sales

o    Provide the documents to customers and connect them with financing partner

o    Support customer to prepare the required documentation for financing

o    Facilitate signing of contract and receive down payment from customer / financing partner

o    Maintain topnotch relationship with customers and direct them to customer care

o    Direct customer after sales inquiries to relevant departments

·Reporting

o    Prepare and submit weekly report on sales activities including number of visits, number of leads served, calls, source marketing channel, etc.

o    Report the status of all the open sales and recovery status to the line manager

o    Report any issues, concerns or suggestions to the line manager
